Google searches for eurodipity

After that Google read the previous post the position of our blog in the searches has changed a lot. We have moved from 23 to 6 for Google Spain just writing a post, but, surprisingly for Google Switzerland we continue around position number 20, and if I look for another country like Italy, France or Germany, we are in a bad position.
Why have we recovered the position only for Google spain? It could be because we’ve written a post entirely in spanish? but, the seraches are restricted to English. I looked at the Wikipedia and the Wiki say that "The official languages throughout Switzerland are German, French, Italian and rhaeto-romance." I believed that Switzerland also talk in English. Could be good to write posts in any of these languages to climb positions in Europe?
I don’t know.
